RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love the items you have selected although we understand sometimes you may have a change of heart after you have received your items. In that instance, we can offer you only an exchange or a  store credit. We cannot offer a full refund for change of heart. 

If you would like to exchange an item please contact us via our contact us page or via email on info.chestnutkids@gmail.com with your order number, name and details of the item/s you wish to exchange.

We hope that you understand being a small business that we cannot offer a full refund for change of mind but we will endeavour to do our absolute best to make sure you love your items and will do all we can to bring you the best customer service. 

Conditions

  • The item/s must be new, unused and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You have 7 days from when you receive your order to contact us.
  • Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return. 

Damaged Items

If you have received your items and there is damage or a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will assist you with a refund, exchange or a store credit.

Return Postage Costs

  • Items being returned for an exchange due to change of mind mind are to be posted back at the customers own cost. We recommend keeping your tracking number on your return parcel, and keep a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment.
